About CCBS
Corporate Care Building Services was founded in Georgia on a simple belief: commercial spaces deserve the same level of care as the people who work inside them. From our Atlanta home base, we now support clients throughout the entire Southeast — scaling our crews and schedules to match properties of any size.
Our team delivers nightly janitorial programs, parking lot sweeping, outside porter services, and day porter staffing, along with specialty services including window cleaning, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, and floor care — each a full, professionally managed program in its own right.
For over 26 years, we've built long-term customer relationships the same way: by delivering dependable service and earning our clients' trust every month. Our standard agreements are month-to-month with a simple 30-day notice, because we'd rather keep your business through performance and communication than through a restrictive long-term contract.
Our Values
We show up when we say we will, do what we promise, and treat every facility like our own.
Clean isn't a finish line—it's a baseline. We pursue the details that others overlook.
We work alongside property managers and facility teams as an extension of their operations.
From product selection to training protocols, we prioritize the safety of your occupants and our staff.
Founded and headquartered in Georgia, we serve offices, retail centers, medical facilities, industrial buildings, and multi-tenant properties across the entire Southeast — including Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Whether you manage a single location or a portfolio of properties, we can scale our team and schedule to match your needs.
